Our Approach
Lease Model
SirFrog Hospitality leases properties from owners under a fixed-rent agreement, assuming full control of the operations. Under this model:
a) Fixed or Variable Lease Structure: SirFrog offers either a fixed or variable lease payment to the property owner, providing both stability and potential for higher returns.
b) SirFrog Branded & Managed Hotel: The property operates fully under an in-house brand or an owner’s brand, eliminating the need for the Owner to create a brand or design a concept.
c) Hands-Off Ownership: SirFrog assumes all operational costs and financial risks associated with the operation of the hotel, allowing property owners to enjoy consistent rental income with no day-to-day headaches or involvement.
Hybrid Management Model
The Hybrid Management Model is a unique model where SirFrog Hospitality shares operational control and financial risk with property owners. Key aspects of this agreement include:
a) Revenue-Sharing Model: SirFrog and the Owner split revenues based on predefined tiers, aligned with the operational costs that Sir Frog assumes.
b) Full Operational Cost Responsibility: SirFrog covers all operating expenses, including staffing, guest amenities, cleaning, vendor payments, and daily management costs.
c) Performance-Based Incentives: Includes minimum performance guarantees to ensure financial security for the Owner.
